• Shipping Area:

  We currently only ship to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Processing Time for Standard Orders:

  Many of our items are personalized or made to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping Time:

  Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on you location.

• Fully Custom Models:

  For fully custom models, design and fabrication periods may be significantly longer. These timeframes will be individually agreed upon with you prior to order confirmation. Please contact us at info@refining3D.com to discuss your custom project timeline. Availability for fully custom projects is limited.

• Order Confirmation & Tracking:

  You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.
  

Return & Replacement Policy

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

• Return Window:

  You may return eligible (non-customized) items within 90 days of purchase.

• Return Shipping:

  The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back within 10 business days of return authorization.

• Condition:

  Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

• No Returns:

  Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order items, unless the items arrives damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Faulty Items:

  If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 10 business days of delivery, including your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return or Report Damage

1. Contact Us:

   email info@refining3D.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for your return or replacement request.

2. Return Authorization:

   We will provide instructions and the return address.

3. Return Promptly:

   Ship your item back within 10 Business days of receiving return authorization.
