3D printed model of an AFT type shell and tube heat exchanger. Nominal shell diameter of 3” and nominal bundle length of 10.5”. Overall length of 15” and height of 5”. Components are removable with the use of magnets for easy assembly. The model is printed in two tones; gray and gray-blue, using PLA type filament.

Please note that this product is 3D printed using PLA filament, which is not suitable for high-temperature environments. Exposure to heat (such as inside a car on a hot day or near heat sources) may cause warping, deformation, or damage. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections, layer lines, or slight variations may be present. These do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the item.
